NSDL (Protean) vs UTIITSL: Which Specs to Follow?
Applying for a PAN card? The photo requirements depend on which portal you are using: NSDL (Protean) or UTIITSL. They have conflicting requirements!
- NSDL (Protean): Requires a standard 3.5cm x 2.5cm photo.
- UTIITSL: Requires a very specific 213 x 213 pixel (300 DPI) photo.
