NTA's Zero Tolerance for 'Red Eye' & Reflections

The Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) Main is conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA), which uses highly specific image validation. The most common rejection reason for JEE photos isn't size—it's **lighting and reflections.** NTA explicitly warns against "Red Eye" effects and flash reflections on spectacles. If you wear glasses, the frames must not cover your eyes, and there should be zero glare. Furthermore, the background must be **plain white**. A light blue or grey background (common in studio photos) is risky for JEE Main.

Critical Rejection Rules

Rule #1: White Background Only

Unlike some state exams that accept light blue, JEE Main requires a **white background**. If you have a photo with a colored background, use a background remover tool before uploading it here to resize.

Rule #2: No Computer Generated Photos
