The 4-Document Challenge of IBPS PO

IBPS PO applications are unique because they require **four** separate uploads: 1. **Photograph:** 4.5cm x 3.5cm 2. **Signature:** Black ink on white paper (NOT in capital letters). 3. **Left Thumb Impression:** Blue or black ink. 4. **Handwritten Declaration:** A specific text written in English on white paper with black ink. Failing to upload any of these in the correct size (especially the declaration which is 50-100KB) will block your form submission.

Critical Rejection Rules

Rule #1: No Capital Letters in Signature

Signatures in ALL CAPS are rejected. Use running hand (cursive).

Rule #2: The Declaration Text

You must write: 'I, (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.'

Rule #3: Left Thumb Only

Use your **Left** thumb. If you don't have a left thumb, use the right one and mention it.

How to Prepare IBPS Documents

**Photo:** Resize to 20-50KB.

**Signature:** Scan black ink signature. Resize to 10-20KB.

**Thumb:** Scan left thumb print. Resize to 20-50KB.
